My (hasty) interpretation:

Apparently Microsoft is removing some priviledges from "Zune Music Pass" 
customers in Europe.

Previously, customers could share music amongst 3 personal computers and 3 
Windows Phones (6 total devices).

In future, only 4 total devices, 1 a PC and the rest PCs or Windows 
Phones can share.

Existing shared music will not work unless the customer buys at least one 
more song, will thereby be deemed to have consented to this change.

Nice example.
