I posted the announcement about the study into Canadian science and
technology by the Standing Committee on Industry, Science and Technology
(INDU) http://www.digital-copyright.ca/node/4592

In order to solicit feedback, and to hopefully encourage other people
to make their own submissions, I am posting a link to an early draft of
what I will be sending in.

Not surprisingly I am already at the maximum of 5 pages, but will be
looking at various ways to reduce the size to allow for any additional
necessary ideas.
