[d at DCC] Spam on Wikis...

I traced a couple of Spam bots on the Montreal Wiki:

I also found Spam linking and edits on the Toronto wiki:
http://toronto.faircopyrightforcanada.ca/index.php/Index.php

Ottawa and Vancouver wikis seems to be clean...

I'm trying to contact the relevant authorities on each end (The bot 
source  and the linking destination), but I really think we should 
disable anonymous edits everywhere...
