Not sure whether i would call him dishonest - to me it seems more like he
omits some details. In any case, some of the incumbent (as you call them)
content providers seem to embrace whatever restrictive technology they can
get their hands on, so it may well look to an outsider as if it is them who
are the source of the problem. Well, Microsoft and Apple certainly share
part of the burden...
