Hi,

I'm the secretary of an association of student in computer 
science(AEEESDIRO) at the University of Montréal. We will have a general 
assemble in september. I'm concidering making a vote about taking an 
official position about those 2 petitions at the assemble.



Can an official association sign the petition for all its member in 
addition to individual signature? Do you know how an association take 
officialy a position in front of the federal gouvernement?
