   Which makes sense, considering we have two active petitions!

   I'm not sure how to make it more clear that these are two different 
petitions, so if you have suggestions please let me know.

   The Petition for Users Rights at 
http://www.digital-copyright.ca/petition/ has been active since April 
2004, in both English and French versions.

   The Petition to protect Information Technology property rights at 
http://www.digital-copyright.ca/petition/ict/ has only recently 
launched, and the French version is in draft until some of the community 
members have confirmed that it is ready to go.  The English version 
already has signatures collected.
