Hi,

I just understand that their is 2 petition. Are both of them in
circulation? Is the french version of both of them a draft version?

here is a version corrected by my wife. None of us is a lawer and we
aren't professional traductor. So this is not a formal correction of the
draft. We don't take responsability for the translation.
