[d@DCC] Need feedback on idea: If copyright infringement is "theft", then what is adoption?

I feel that the first sentence is a little over the top, but the 
second sentence tempers the first with rational thinking. I 
personally think it is a very effective analogy as long as it is 
always kept together as a whole, but you aren't trying to 
convince me. I have more of a problem with "most popular option".

You're right though, some people wouldn't get it.
