Of course, their proposed solution is to add yet another
exemption to the Act.

The Act looks more and more like "making copies is a right
granted only to the rightsholder, plus these other groups
who've managed to get their special interests put into the
Act, so in practice, it's just Canadians who don't belong
to any of these groups that don't get to do this."

If only the broadcasters, librarians, educators, etc would
just get together and start lobbying for "Fair Use" rather
than just looking out for themselves...
