   If anyone participated in this survey and retained the exact 
questions used, please post them.  We need to correct CAAST 
misinformation every time they send some out.

   I only see http://www.caast.org/release/default.asp?aID=139 which
does not include the exact wording of the questions, only an interpretation.

   Is the raw data available if an executive summary is not?
