I agree the interest level will peak once the bill is introduced. I
believe the media will seek opinions on the bill from interested
parties. At the moment this is basically limited to the recording
industry. How do we get on the Media's radar screen?

I mailed you the 6 signatures I collected this weekend.

Exactly. How can this group get recognized as a legitimate dissenting
voice so our comments can be heard and quoted in the media?

The main problem is likely organization. With no formal organization in
place, no membership, and very little in the way of organized events it
really isn't that surprising that we have failed to catch anyone's
attention.

Perhaps instead of targeting MPs we should be focusing on the specific
reports for the major media outlets who are typically charged with
reporting these stories?
