[Here is an interesting technology for distributing TV signals over the
Net. What would be really cool would be to have remote access to your TiVO
box and be able download your favorite unwatched videos just before your
boarded a long flight. But I suspect the MPAA and other rights bodies will
attempt to squash this innovation as they have done in the past. Thanks to

Schaffer's system, called TV2ME, is for the moment strictly a
point-to-point solution, so you can watch YOUR TV in another city or
country, but you can't necessarily share that signal with anyone else.
