Subject: looking for speakers - TOPIC: The National Dream
At Canada Connects we feel that the time has come to bring the debate
about where Canada's heading with respect the emerging information age
economy into the daylight, so that everyone can participate.
In order to do that we've put our heads together and drafted a national
vision statement describing how we see the world.
http://www.canadaconnects.ca/ourdream/
We bet that lots of people will agree with us, and lots will disagree.
We're looking for people with strong views, for and against this vision
statement, to let us know what they think in the form of a 30 minute
webcast presentation.
We can provide the webcast technology or you can provide your own. Just
send us an outline of the presentation you'd like to make, along with the
date and time on which you'd like to make your presentation. Note that we
prefer times that are convenient for viewers from all six Canadian time
zones.
