  Whether correct or not under the law, you should still send a letter to
your MP and to the media expressing your outrage at the proposal!  Our
opponents don't seem to care about the legal legitimacy of their claims
(IE: CRIA falsely claiming downloading music for personal use in Canada is
infringing) when they lobby, and just rely on emotion and political
rhetoric.
