  A recommendation might be that we add notes to the WIKI 
http://www.digital-copyright.ca/phpwiki/?PetitionPressRelease indicating 
where we sent it.  We can then remove these notes from 
http://www.digital-copyright.ca/petition/press20040423.shtml which we can 
then reference directly in materials as the press release.
