[d@DCC] Launching the petition

Ok, I'm going to leave it as "interested parties" rather
than "stakeholders".

We still need to get a webpage for the petition itself
ready to be accessed on Monday. I'm thinking that it
needs to have links to download the petition itself,
either in English or French, for printing, instructions
on gathering signatures (including important stuff from
the Parliamentary guidelines, like "don't alter any
wording on the petition" and "people must sign the petition
itself, you can't glue signatures on") and details of
where to send them once they've been gathered.

Russell - can you host the page on digital-copyright.ca ?
