[d@DCC] Canada's NDP leader endorses P2P

I'd e-mailed Layton before and told him that I thought it'd be a good 
move for a politician to back file-sharing... received no reply, so I 
can't be sure whether he even read my e-mail or whether his hangin' out 
with Sam Roberts at the Junos had anything to do with it... I'd imagine 
most people at the Junos would be anti-sharing...
