Maybe you could tack on a phrase specifying some of
those rights:
", including the right to use copyright materials under
Fair Dealing and the 
right to make private copies of audio recordings.  Any
changes should also 
preserve the current limited term of copyright,
ensuring a rich and healthy 
public realm of creativity."
