  I would like to make a submission to the National Consultation on
Proposed Amendments to the Competition Act.  The document is available on

  While I am not finished and have some minor updates to make, I wanted to
ensure that I met the deadline today.  Please accept this draft and let me
know if submitting an update is possible.  I will be updating the document
on my own website.
