Jay Kerr-Wilson of the CCTA sent me the document in private email and said
to me "I would also encourage you to share this submission with other
groups or individuals who support these positions and ask you to encourage
them to express their support as well." and I figured that made it okay
for me to send copies to people from here to asked for them, but
especially given your own caution about this list being a publicly
archived forum, I thought I shouldn't just post it on the Web or in list
mail for the entire world. If they want it on the Web they can put it
there themselves. I'd encourage you to write to him as
kerr-wilson at ccta.com if you want to help get the message out in compatible
formats; I'm also sending you a copy of the MSWord document off-list.
