I don't know if he's the representative from Stanford, but to have 
Professor Lawrence Lessig at that symposium might be very useful. 
Especially to have him mingle with representatives from Industry and 
Heritage Canada, so that they can hear what the DMCA has done to the US 
from the person that has fought against it the most. Maybe it might help 
prevent the impending disaster in terms of copyright law that seems to be 
coming to Canada.

Also, it might be useful to have Eric Raymond, Bruce Perens or both to help 
argue against SCO's claims on code in Linux.
