Please be advised that the Board's decision on Private Copying 2003-2004
will be issued and posted on the Board's Web site this coming Friday
morning, December 12, 2003 at 10:00 a.m.

I wish to apologize to those who were informed that the decision would be
issued Monday, December 15, 2003. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may
have caused.
