I think anything with "Content" should be indicated to be newspeak when
used in reference to copyright.

The use of "content" is based in the content/presentation dichotomy
applied to a given work. The idea expressed is content, the form in
which it is expressed is presentation.

It's probably also worth noting that copyright (IIRC) is supposed to
protect expressions of ideas, not the ideas themselves - that is the
presentation, but not the content - so "content protection" falls
entirely outside the scope of copyright. (Hence its use qualifying as
newspeak)

Aside from that, it's quite good so far.
