  This is ludicrous.

  If advertising is a contract for an exchange of services, then it should
work both ways.  I should be able to look at a billboard sign, and if I
don't get any 'services' out of that, I should be able to sue them for
breach of contract.


  These laws are just plain stupid: biased in favor of the extreme monied
special interests who have been lobbying government for these handouts.
