I love the last line, "The terminology used in this application with 
respect to is meant to include all hardware and software configuration 
and all networked environments. Therefore, it is manifestly intended 
that this invention be limited only by the following claims and 
equivalents thereof." Very inclusive...

And no mention of any method to protect the public's "fair use" or 
"public domain" rights.

Scary stuff when the future is tied down so tight we can't breathe 
without some big corporation's permission.
