Interesting thread on dslreports:

http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,3779596~root=ilec,bc~mode=flat

About a fellow who asked a Canadian ISP about terms in the Acceptable Use
Policy that said "Subject to the provisions of the DMCA"

"So, I asked them [about DMCA clause]. Their response was not very
satisfying and I informed them that I would not do business with them. To
this they said:

"That is o.k. sir because we were not prepared to accept an application from
you. Typically anyone who questions this act we do not want to do business
with."

Aside from the DMCA bit, I think that dismissing a potential customer just
because you ask questions about a clause in a contract is going too far...

Quite a long discussion about this at dslereports..
