I have a copy of the 2001 Annotated Copyright Act by Normand Tamaro, 
free to whomever wants to give it a new home. It has highlighting and 
some margin-writing and won't include the some of the latest and 
greatest copyright cases, but you'll pay an extra $110 for a new 
edition and it won't be much different. Here's a link to Carswell's
