Indeed, and in a properly competetive marketplace, there shouldn't be
any need to enforce any such "simplifications". Businesses will figure
out the most opoular license terms, and want to stick with them in order
to attract the larger market share. Additionally, being able to inform
users what the terms of their purchase are in 1 (probably incomplete)
sentence is a(n admittedly minor) selling point.
