  I'm curious - did you actually send in your submission in Microsoft Word 
format?    I skimmed the comments in HTML, but as I normally do I skipped 
the commentary that was published in Word format (Yes, I have 
OpenOffice.org installed - but can't be bothered to load it)


  Doesn't the CRTC have to conform to the Treasury Board guidelines for 
Websites, which specifically comments on the use of non-standard document 
formats on .gc.ca websites?
