Report from Ottawa

I just posted a report from the Ottawa meeting, at:

This might be of interest even if you were there and know what happened,
because it includes a fair bit of musing on "additional points we might
like to talk about in the future".  The entire report is 15,000 words, and
intended for people like the readers of this list who are already familiar
with the basic concepts.  A friend asked me to "summarize the issues", for
an audience not already familiar with them, so I've done that as well,
with a list of my top 12 copyright reform issues, currently at the top of
