Corporations are legal fictions and as such, are incapable of creating
anything. All they can do is claim credit for the creations of their
employees. It would be sencible to argue on these grounds, that
corporations should be prohibited from holding copyrights of any sort
(though they could hold licenses, even exclusive licenses to the
copyrights of individuals)
